Now a CPHR(Ret), I held a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation from 1995 to 2024, and my HR generalist background includes work in Canada, SE Asia, Australia and the United States. People are integral to any organization’s success; while I have retired from mainstream HR consulting, I continue to bring an HR perspective to my planning, engagement, and museums & culture projects.

Change management is essential in ensuring that an organization’s people understand, support and are resourced to support any given change, and in ensuring its desired outcomes are actually achieved. It is an integral part of my strategic planning and engagement practice.
